‍Responsibility:

Business & Solution Analysis

• Work with customers, business teams, and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, and constraints
• Analyze use cases and define solution scope, assumptions, and success metrics
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Validate solution feasibility, value, and cost-benefit logic

Technical & System Design (Coding Experience is a plus)

• Design high-level system architecture and data flows (Data → Platform → AI → Output)
• Define data requirements, sources, metrics, and integration points
• Collaborate with Data / AI Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and clarity
• Identify risks, edge cases, dependencies, and trade-offs early in the design phase

Data, AI & Platform Understanding

• Understand how data pipelines, analytics, and AI models are used in real systems
• Define how data should be:
• Collected
  
  • Structured
  • Transformed
  • Consumed (dashboards, APIs, AI, alerts)
• Support AI-driven use cases such as:
  
  • Predictive insights
  • Anomaly detection
  • LLM-powered analytics (e.g. “Talk to Your Data”)

Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration

• Act as a bridge between Business, Product, and Engineering teams
• Clarify requirements to avoid ambiguity and rework
• Support pre-sales, solution workshops, demos, and proposal preparation
• Ensure alignment between what is promised, what is designed, and what is delivered

Technical Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of system architecture and data flow concepts
• Experience working with or alongside:
  
  • Data pipelines
  • APIs
  • Analytics platforms
  • AI / ML systems (conceptual understanding is sufficient)
• Familiarity with:
  
  • Python, SQL, or data querying concepts (hands-on not required)
  • Data modeling and schema design
• Ability to read and discuss technical designs with engineers confidently

• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements
• Comfortable discussing business impact, ROI, and value creation
• Able to challenge requirements constructively and propose better alternatives
